The balance for any additional nights is due upon your arrival. Please inquire directly with  us regarding special rates for extended stays (for example, 3 nights, four days - $325 total, 6 nights, 7 days- $600 total).

Blackberry Spring is the perfect place for your summer respite!  It’s an ideal “artist’s retreat” in all seasons, a cozy and comfortable place to enjoy a crisp fall weekend in the Blue Ridge, and  a wonderful year-round holiday get-away spot.

Cancellation Policy:
If you reserve directly with the “cabin keepers” for the weekend of FloydFest (usually in late July) or  the Martinsville spring or fall Nascar race, in order to secure your reservation we require a one-night, non-refundable advance deposit payable at the time you make  the  reservation.   We always receive multiple requests for those weekends, and the first paid deposit secures the reservation. 
For all other stays, we’ll return your full deposit with one week advance notice. (Please note –if your plans require a last minute change in the event of an emergency, we will carry over your deposit to another available date.)
